How to have Less than 4 Products on the Product Row

Hi, on the front page of the products row on my front page I am unable to change the product display from the 4 products displayed.

I followed prior instructions on: 1. Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row http://prntscr.com/l2frsb but it still doesnt work.

Hello,

That option controls the shop page layout.
If you want to change the number of products per row on the home page for the Products element then go to Pages > edit the Frontpage > edit the Products element and change the number of slides per view for every device http://prntscr.com/w1pnkf
