I already told you that I cleared my browser cache, but the problem is still there. You can open your browser and check for yourself to see if you’re experiencing the same issue. If possible, please send me a screenshot to prove that it’s only my browser that’s acting up!
Hello, yunqu,
Hi, we can now see that these data are not present on the frontend, although they were visible before. To identify the cause, we decided to make changes to the theme files, but we noticed that these changes have no effect, even if the theme is completely removed – the appearance remains the same. Therefore, it seems that there is some deep cache preventing any modifications from taking effect.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
I’m not sure what’s going on either; there isn’t a caching plugin in the plugins section.
Hello, yunqu,
Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to see whether our changes are being applied, so we cannot assist you further. As we mentioned earlier, even after we delete the files, no changes take place.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
