How to display SKU numbers on product detail pages
Hello Yunqu,
To add the SKU to the single product page, please open the Elementor editor, add the Product Meta widget, and enable the SKU option as shown in the attached video.

Thank you for your reply. I have another question: How can I display first-level, second-level, and third-level categories in the menu bar, just like in the image? I’m not sure how to set that up.
Do you have any documentation on how to use this theme? This is my first time using it, and there are some things I’m not sure how to set up.
We are sending you the links to the documentation and video tutorials:

Hello, how do I set the “Sale” label to display as a percentage? I haven’t been able to figure out how to do it.
Does your template allow for additional customization of product options?
I have another question: When I hover the mouse over a product image, how do I display the second image instead of the cover image?
When I hover my mouse over it, the second image that appears, as shown in the figure, is defective; it is not a complete image.
Hello, could you take a look at these questions for me?
Hello, yunqu,
Regarding this label, in order to display it as a percentage, please go to Theme Options → WooCommerce (Shop) → Product Badges and enable the Percentage option, as shown in the attached video.
As for the additional product options, such features are available, but please specify which particular options you are interested in.
Concerning the issue with the hover image, it is most likely caused by the second image being smaller in size than the first one.

Regarding the hover issue: I uploaded two images of the same size, but the second one was cropped smaller. This is what puzzles me—all the images I uploaded were the same size.
The “extra options” I’m referring to are customization options like the ones shown in the image! I’d like to know if you support this feature. Thank you.
Hello, yunqu,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have separate parameters for displaying such elements. However, you can achieve this appearance by using product variations. In the attribute settings, please select the “Image” type and upload the corresponding images.
Regarding the issue with the other image, please provide us with a link to the product as well as FTP access to your website.
Best regards,

Could you please help me figure out why the image sizes are inconsistent and tell me how to adjust them? Thank you.
Can I set promotional prices for multiple products at once? Setting them one by one would take too much time.
Hello Yunqu,
By default, there is no option to set a link for all products at once.
To better investigate your issue, we need access to your admin panel and FTP.

Hello, how is the text formatting adjusted here?
Here is my message
The brands and quantities displayed in the filters on the category page are incorrect and not fully shown. What’s going on?
As shown in the image, the filter isn’t displaying all the brands associated with the products. It’s showing some brands that don’t have any products, which is strange. Could you please take a look?
Unfortunately, we are unable to access your admin panel. Please check whether the access credentials are still valid.

You can log in
Hello, yunqu,
Thank you for providing access. We have resolved the issue with the range widget by making changes to the file:
wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets/brands-filter.php
These changes will also be included in the next theme update.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Could you tell us what changes you made? That way, if the problem occurs again, I’ll know how to fix it. Thanks.
Also, this filter clearly shows only one option, but when I select it, multiple products appear.
Regarding the changes, you can simply transfer the file
wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets/brands-filter.php
from your current server to the other one, or wait for the theme update that will include this fix.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
