When a new user is activated on the site he goes to this screen:
How to customize this screen?
This case is a store manager.
Hello @Stelio,
The screen that a new user sees upon activation is typically the default WordPress welcome screen. You can customize this screen by creating a custom welcome page using a plugin or by modifying your WordPress core code.
If you would like to use a third-party plugin to meet your requirements, please note that this is done at your own risk.
Alternatively, if you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the WPKraken team via their website: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme.

As for the text, that’s fine, but the problem there is the XSTORE logo:
Is there no way to change this logo?
I removed the theme and tried to re-install it again and now I’m not able to update the Xstore theme. and the site was down as in the below given link.
I was using them 9.1
and was trying to upgrade to 9.1.3
need a solution.
regards,
Joshy
Hello @Stelio,
You need to install/activate the XStore Core plugin as it is currently not installed/activated and the standard header is loading.
As another option, there may be restrictions in the rights for that customer (according to the screenshot it displayed like the Core is not activated).
Alternatively, please provide us with the steps to reproduce this issue from our side in order to verify it.

Hello, @joshykp,
As we can see 9.1.3 version of XStore is activated on the site you mentioned.
Is there anything else we can help you with?
Please submit new topics https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ for new questions.
Thank you in advance.

The XStore Core plugin is installed yes:
This site is a subsite of a multisite network, does this information help at all?
Would you like me to send you the access data to verify?
Hello @Stelio,
Thank you for the response.
Please provide access and a video of the situation with URls visible.
Upload the video on filesharing https://wetransfer.com/ and provide the URL via the Private Content area.

The problem happens when I register a new user on the site, in this case it is a Store Manager.
Below is the sequence of screens:
Registering a new Shop Manager user:

Activation email received:

Follow in the private area the website access link for your verification.

Hello @Stelio,
Thank you for the response.
Thanks for the good details provided by you. We made a deep check of why it could happen and here is what we found (see below).
As you can see that after going to
wp-activate.php
page the customer sees only a “blank” page and notices that XStore Core should be activated. In other words, by going to this page WordPress does not load any plugin. (P.S The reason why you see a broken header and not a good footer is that XStore Core plugin is responsible for these areas). Also, it seems that on this page there loads a full own template for this page which is quite limited for customization ( https://prnt.sc/AcawanJE6jX4 ). Here is a topic on the official support of WordPress (yeah it is years and years old with no normal solution) → https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/23197
One of the possible solutions is to check if your plugins (especially the XStore Core plugin) are network activated on your website. Some of the forum members wrote that it helped them.
Also, here is some advice on how to customize this wp-activate.php page → https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/41329/customizing-wp-activate-php but it should be checked in real case.
We would recommend you contact your hosting provider first to ask if it is possible to solve this by adding some “conditions“ on the server so customers will not go to this page but be redirected directly to the “normal” page or dashboard at once (or any other solution from they could advise).
As this question is not related to a specific theme but rather to WordPress it could be also a good idea to advise you contacting with WordPress developers on their forum or by email.
It is all that we could do for you at this moment. Hope you will solve it and write us a feedback with solution so we could “grow up our minds” together 🙂
Hope for your understanding and we believe you will find the best solution for your unique case.

Many thanks for the reply.
What I like most about 8Theme is the seriousness of analyzing issues in depth.
You are really to be congratulated!
I understood perfectly what you explained, and just to finish, here’s one last question about this:
Does it have to do with whether my installation is a multisite or not?
Does this problem also happen in single site installation?
Thanks!
Hello @Stelio,
Thank you for your response.
About both your questions below you’ve asked ->
“Does it have to do with whether my installation is a multisite or not?
Does this problem also happen in single site installation?”
As we wrote you before, it is a WordPress-related question so we just cannot “dig up” the all WordPress files to give you a snippet or any solution for your questions. These questions should be addressed to someone else (as it is independent of theme used and our support cover only theme-related questions)
Thank you for understanding!
