Home page double loading – initially loads fine but then flickers and does a refresh/reload

Hi, so the issue is when I visit my home page, the page initially loads and then does a sort of reset and loads again. Sometimes it loads and than as soon as I scroll down it does the reset load again. It is very fast but noticeable and is a nuisance I need to resolve. I tried everything troubleshooting but it seems that it is something with the theme.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.

2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the URL of your site and the results of the tests mentioned.

Hi and thank you for the response. I tried everything above but still was not able to resolve. After running my site through pagespeed insights, I checked the code coverage and it looks like it is loading each script twice and taking double the resources. I have never encountered this and have no idea what it is, can you please help.

If you case the same situation even with the Storefront theme activated, it means this behavior is independent of our theme. We would recommend you contact your hosting provider and WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
