Hi, your menu is disappearing for multiple of my users. how can i get this to stop happneing? as stops navigation on the site
the theme is also causing extremely long load times- is there anyway to optimise your theme and stop it from breaking often such as the issue above? (multiple formatting and styling issues that occur between browser/device types)
