Front end product sort and Back End Inventory Search

The back end inventory search feature is broken and the front end product sort feature is broken. Both return no search results and say there are no products.

Hello,

Please describe mentioned problems in more detail with screenshots. Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Included_Plugins , and check if it fixes problems.

Plugins are not the issue.
When a customer looks at our shop and tries to sort our products from high to low price it comes back with “No Products were Found”.
When I am working in the inventory section of the back end adding products, the product search feature to find a specific listing it says no products were found.
These problems have been going on for over a year.

Could you, please, test if these issues appear when the default Storefront theme is enabled (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check)? In case they appear with Legenda theme only then provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

I went to Themes and the only options I have are to customize the Legenda theme or switch to one of the default themes. I sent login info.

Hi,

As was mentioned, you need to install and activate Storefront theme (it is free official WC theme). If problems are independent of the theme, contact the support of woocommerce to get assistance.

Hello,

Once we activated official WooCommerce theme Storefront we faced the same problem https://gyazo.com/400d2098c82025ec203323e337931c6f
It means that issue is not related to our theme and we can do nothing from our side. Contact WooCommerce support to get help with this.
