Plugins are not the issue.
When a customer looks at our shop and tries to sort our products from high to low price it comes back with “No Products were Found”.
When I am working in the inventory section of the back end adding products, the product search feature to find a specific listing it says no products were found.
These problems have been going on for over a year.
Could you, please, test if these issues appear when the default Storefront theme is enabled (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check)? In case they appear with Legenda theme only then provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

It means that issue is not related to our theme and we can do nothing from our side. Contact WooCommerce support to get help with this.
