Filter not working/responding on shop page

Kindly visit our website and let us know the issue related to theme as the filters are not working. We have installed a plugin PWF which is unable to run the theme specific content/filters upon installing. The plugin is running fine on other themes of ours, kindly look into the matter and let us know.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

You can contact the support of the plugin to get assistance from their side.
