Hola estoy tratando de actuliazar ROYAL CORE me sale el siguiente mensaje

This theme version requires the following plugin Royal Core to be updated up to 1.1.0 version

Error en la actualización: No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

me podrian ayudar

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.

Go to Plugins > disable and remove the Royal core plugin. After that go to Appearance > Install plugins and install the plugin again. You’ll get an updated version.

Would be grateful if you could use English because we don’t speak your language and need to use the translator.
