    Hi,

I’d like some help displaying the product waitlist form for out-of-stock products.

The feature has been activated, but I’m not sure how to enable or display the waitlist form on the product page. Could you please guide me through the steps to set this up?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Please go to XStore Builders > Single Product Builder with Elementor > edit template > add the desired element to product page content, for example – https://fex.net/uk/s/3nl4z6t

    Warm Regards,

    Hi,

    You’re welcome!

The settings you are talking about do not work because the Single Product Builder with Elementor settings have higher priority.

So just to confirm, there’s absolutely no way to use the Theme Options or Customizer settings specifically for the product page?

Or to combine the product page layout settings with the Elementor Theme Builder? There are certain design elements I’d really like to apply there that aren’t automatically available in Elementor.

I genuinely think the theme is amazing and I really like it. However, this feels like a limitation from a design flexibility standpoint. It would be great if users had the freedom to combine Customizer settings and Elementor designs for specific pages

    Hi,

At the moment, it is not possible to combine the Theme Options or Customizer settings specifically with the product page layout created in the Elementor Theme Builder. The Theme Options and Customizer settings apply to the default theme layout, while the Elementor Theme Builder uses its own structure and styling. But you can disable the builder and use Theme options.

Please tell us more about what you want to achieve, and we will try to give you recommendations on the settings.

    Hello, MKT,

In this case, we recommend using the Elementor builder to create your product page, as it offers more flexible settings and a variety of ready-made templates.

    Hello, MKT,

Thank you for your message. We are glad to hear that it worked.

Regarding your question, there is no default option to add product subtitles when uploading new products. However, you can achieve this by using custom fields or a product subtitle plugin. If you are using our theme, please check the theme options or contact our support team for further assistance with customization.

    Hello @MKT,

To display the payment buttons on the checkout page built with the XStore Elementor widget, please add the “WooCommerce Hook” widget to your checkout page (https://prnt.sc/v8yqw85Lnm7Q), as the plugin uses specific hooks to render these buttons. The frontend should then display the payment options as shown here: https://prnt.sc/uAGcqxzqnywz.

If you require our assistance, please provide us with the correct temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.

    Hello @MKT,

Since you are using the ready-made Checkout widget, it is not possible to reposition another WooCommerce hook widget inside it. The widget can only be placed either above or below the Checkout widget.

If you would like to create a more advanced and customized layout, please add the following filter to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_elementor_checkout_new_widgets', '__return_true');

After adding this filter, additional widgets will become available in the Elementor panel for the Checkout page: https://prnt.sc/sb-69sG-nF4F. These widgets will enable you to design a more flexible and personalized layout.

To customize the order of sections on your Checkout page, the advanced widgets mentioned above (https://prnt.sc/sb-69sG-nF4F) will be useful. They allow you to create any layout you need. Examples: https://gyazo.com/5fc5637af34b7a602e396bc713010943, https://gyazo.com/fbe7c9e90c9e971ff6cb9fcea62dca1d. Frontend result: https://prnt.sc/vnXWQG2IQ-uw.

Kindly note that we do not provide additional customization through our support forum, as it falls outside the scope of our basic support. Nevertheless, we are always happy to offer suggestions and guidance whenever possible.
