Hello, please check my page to see the errors that appeared in theme after the required plugins installation http://elenas.store/
How it was: I installed the theme and started to install necessary plugins, when I installed Redux, all website backend and frontend went blank. I read the forums, found out that it can be the godaddy issue, so I first contacted them, they checked everything, deactivated some plugins and made these errors appear. So now you can see what is the problem. Please suggest the solution. There is nothing installed on my website except basic wordpress settings, your theme and the plugins that required your theme. Looking forward for your answer.

    Hello,

Seems that you did not install the full theme, some files are missing. Did you use FTP method or installed theme via Dashboard? Please, provide me Dashboard and FTP access to install theme in right way for you.

    Regards

    Hello,

Seems you missed some files. Check now. You can proceed with XStore theme installation (Appearance > Setup Wizard). Also, we would not recommend you to keep enabled plugins that you don’t use. So, check the plugins list https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins make sure that you plan to use all of theme. Every additional plugin slows down your site.

    Regards
