Carousel on mobile not showing right amount of items on front end

There is currently an issue we’re noticing across any section that uses a carousel. The issue appears when you set the carousel items to more than one on mobile. When you switch to mobile view, it only shows a single item no matter what the value you set within Elementor.

I’ve attached screenshots showing this issue.

These 2 sections we know for sure have this problem but we believe this is something that’s happening across any section that uses a carousel.

Hello,

Update the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update , clear cache after the update, the problem should be fixed.

We’ve updated the theme and the issue is still there

Hello,

Have you edit the page after the update and re-set 2 columns for mobile? Have you cleared CDN cache?
I passed your issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they check/fix the problem.
