Error Establishing Database in the website after installing theme

Hello,
I use the XStore Theme on charrierparfums.ro , and since installing the theme I have problems, displaying on pages error establishing database. I unistalled the Theme and everything was good, I had nothing in the error log.

I checked with a php specialist and he told me that : “tell them that somewhere in the theme it doesn’t close the php session.. and it gives you this error:

User duahrtwk_wp495 already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections”

I cannot navigate, the first page is not loading, please help.

Also, I had this error log:
