HI, I have a problem with credit/debit card transactions. Most of the times the transactions are successful, but sometimes they are failed. The error says: Authorize.net Payment Failed (Error: [E00044] – Customer Information Manager is not enabled.) Order status changed from Pending Payment to Failed.

    I use Authorize.net
I already contacted them and here is their answer:

“it looks like your account is not set up for Customer Information Manager (CIM) or you will need to look at the programming of the site your using. It is asking you to use this Customer Information Manager (CIM) or the transaction will not go through. You will need to have your developer look at the error to see why it is causing this. Something on these transactions is requiring the Customer Information Manager (CIM)”

But usually the payment goes through without CIM and we don’t need CIM as it is not a free option. For example today we had 2 failed transactions and 1 successful, last week all transactions were successful. We have more successful transactions then failed.

    Please advise.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.
Please check if the same issue persists with default WordPress theme.
Actually Payment options are related to Woocommerce plugin, not to the theme.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

thank you. I just tried to copy the woocommerce folder from the latest update to the child theme (I understand I should lose all customizations in this case), but the theme was broken.

    Hello,

I’ve replied to you in the other topic regarding woocommerce folders.
    Please check it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
