    Hello

In the homme page, when I want to edit with Elementor, it doesn’t save, it put the message “Server Error”. It even doesn’t put the editing on draft. I put the concerned page one the private section…

    Hello @Mamadou,

Unfortunately, the wp-admin credentials you provided are incorrect, and we received the following notice:

ERREUR : l’identifiant ou le mot de passe saisi est incorrect. Mot de passe perdu ?

Also, the FTP access you provided is showing us an empty folder -> https://prnt.sc/d-eiDcVgTGza.

Recently, we have encountered issues with the Elementor built-in feature, Atomic Builder, which caused problems when loading the editor. We advised affected customers to disable this feature if they are not using Atomic elements on their website, which resolved the loading issue. More details can be found in our response here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/elementor-not-working-and-required-safe-mode/#post-471230.

    Hello @Mamadou,

Upon investigating the source of the issue, we have identified that it is a common problem on customer websites using a non-English version of the backend language. To resolve this issue, you can navigate to Dashboard -> Settings → General → Site Language: English (we have already set this for your website), and your Elementor editor should now load correctly. Please verify this.

For more information on this issue, you can refer to the following links:
    – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/js-error-167/

The primary cause of the issue is that the error occurs every time the editor loads for non-English locales (triggered by onPreviewLoaded → checklist/checklistStartup → checklist/toggle-icon), while it is not reproducible on an English site.

If you need further assistance, please submit your query to Elementor support, as the issue is related to their plugin support. Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
