Disengaging Zoom all product pics gone. - by privatestudio

    Hi,
    Using the WooPress 8Theme. Disengaged the YITH Zoom and now no product picture appears on the product page (and I assume throughout the rest of the site).

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hello,

    Then try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check issues.
    Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

    I’ve tried disabling 3-rd party plugins. My login info is in the private content. Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

    Please update theme to new version – 3.0.0.1 (http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050, log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section)
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade.
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
    Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

    Hi Rose,
    I’ve decided to do a fresh install on another domain however, when I try to upload the zips of the latest version of the 8Theme as well as the plugins at the link the upload freezes at about 25% and will not load up. I’ve uploaded the Xclean no problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

    Let’s go back to your first site. Please update all required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/. Upload the extracted folder via FTP to wp-content/plugins directory. Also, try to update the theme as I described before.

    If you need help with the update, make full backup of the site, DB and theme options, inform us and we’ll update theme for you.

    About the new your site, you can try to install theme via FTP https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade

    Please note that may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.
