Couldn’t activate the them with purchase code

Hello
i have an issue with activating theme im getting an error as API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version.
i checked with server provider they have 1.0.1e which cant be changed.
i couldn’t activate the them with purchase code. its really annoying to activate theme and continue my work . i expect some proper support for the xstore theme..please
i have enclosed required details with this
