Cart not working in mobile view - by voddie

    Hi

    I have updated Legenda to 4.0 and installed the required plugins.
    Im also using the latest versions of WP and WooCommerce.

    Everything appears okay but the problem I have encountered is with purchasing via mobile. I have tried several mobile emulators

    I can add items to the cart ( appears under cart in header) but then disappears and reverts back to £0.00

    It states that the item has been added to cart, but if you go to checkout or cart, it is empty

    I can add items to the cart successfully and proceed to checkout using my latop

    Could you please assist

    Hi

    It seems I can add to cart and view cart now in mobiles
    Not sure what has changed since contacting you.
    If (when on mobile) you go from cart to checkout I get the following
    **************
    This content can’t be shown in a frame
    There is supposed to be some content here, but the publisher doesn’t allow it to be displayed in a frame. This is to help protect the security of any information you might enter into this site.

    Any ideas?

    It happens when you continue to checkout, that’s when the message appears.

    Could you try going thro to checkout please

    Are you using an mobile emulator or a mobile phone?

    Feedback from lots of clients who cannot access site says it just shows the loading graphic but never loads the page

    Hello,

    I’m using the Android mobile phone. Did you face the problem and can provide me with the screenshot or you only get the report from your clients and did not see it by yourself?
