Header type transparent- mobile view- slider not loading

hi i am trying to set type header transparent to my home page but the slider is appearing bellow .

to mobile view is not loads the slider

it worked for a little but now i cant understand what is happening …

please i took it only for corporate site and articles…..

Hello,

You can use custom.css file in your parent theme, but if you have child theme it would be better to use the style.css file in your child theme. Also, you need to check your custom code, еhis may not work if you have errors in it.

ok, but i removed the additional css code from Appearance – customize , and i put it to custom css and its not working …… am i doing something wrong ?

Hello,

I put your code in style.css of the child theme.
Try to clear all cache on server and site.
If it does not help, please provide FTP credentials.
