Cant seem to set up woostore – Constantly freezes on setting up

Going to Woocommerce – Woostore setup it doesn’t go further and is stuck

Skip-guided setup doesn’t work either.

Any solutions?

As we can see, it is not our theme that is activated on your site right now.

Woostore is an additional plugin? Have you tried to contact support team the plugin? Can this plugin be installed when not our theme is activated?
