1/ Please update theme and plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by 3rd-party plugin or custom code in child theme.

3/ Provide temporary FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
