As I see menu items are black color now: https://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0522/h_1432287416_1652804_7dd1c93195.png Concerning the footer you can import it in wp-admin > Tools > Import > WordPress and import footer variant that you can found in the theme package in “XML Files” folder > “Footer variants” folder. Then you’ll see that footer in Static Block section. Go to Appearance > Widgets > “Footer Area” and drag “Static Block” widget in there select the block that you imported.
