To reduce space between top of page and menu try to add this code into custom.css file.
.header-type-11 .navbar-collapse{ margin-top: 5px !important; } .navbar{ padding: 10px 0; }
– space between header and begin of content
.page-heading-slider .wpb_content_element{ margin-bottom: 15px; }
