In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Element > Categories > Enable Accordion For The Product Categories Widget > Turn OFF and save settings. Please refer to the attached image for further reference.https://postimg.cc/YjjGKhTc
