First of all, we have not tested the theme XStore AMP plugin with any third-party plugin and we are not able to suggest you on this.

You will find all the settings of the XStore AMP plugin under XStore > AMP XStore.
So please read the doc and check the possible plugin settings, Other than that there is no such option.
