1/ You may look for a third-party plugin to implement that but I don’t have suggestions for this, unfortunately.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
2/ “All subcategories should be displayed without having to click on them extra.” – right now, there is no option for this, unfortunately. You can contact the support of WooCommerce, or post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team will read it.
