    we have the following problems:

    1. Brand filter
    – When you select a brand, you expect the filter to stay selected until you deselect it.
Unfortunately, after clicking on a category, the filter does not stay on, but shows all category content from all brands.

Is there any way to make it show only categories that contain the filtered products?

How to keep the filter active and only show categories that contain the filtered products?

    2. SHOP Layout:
    – All subcategories should be displayed without having to click on them extra.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

1/ Our theme or WooCommerce plugin does not have filter by category widget. There is only the Product categories list widget. If you need filter by categories you need to look for the third-party filter plugin that has such filer widget.
2/ We would recommend enabling Enable Classic Widgets Panel (Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On).
Could you record a video for a better understanding of your request?

    Regards

Thanks for the reply and videos.
Have you changed access? We can’t log in.
1/ You may look for a third-party plugin to implement that but I don’t have suggestions for this, unfortunately.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
2/ “All subcategories should be displayed without having to click on them extra.” – right now, there is no option for this, unfortunately. You can contact the support of WooCommerce, or post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team will read it.

    Yes.

Is there a way to display a specific brand banner above the store after a brand is selected?
    Here is a draft: https://prnt.sc/SqQ4uYMdjJ_Z

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello, @Max,

Sorry for the inconvenience but there is no way to display a specific brand banner above the store after a brand is selected with a filter by brands. Because the selected brand with filter by brand in the sidebar has a different filtered URL as compared to the brand page URL please see the screen-shot for better reference: https://postimg.cc/Z0FrwzVY

But you can show the different banners on the different brand pages without filtering.

You have to go to Static Blocks and create the new block from there.
Add/Insert the banner with Elementor in that block and Publish it.
After that copy the shortcode of that block and go to Products >> Brands.
Now edit the Brand and then paste the copied shortcode to the Brand Description Area.
Save changes and check back your site Brand Page without Filteration after removing the cache.

And it will also work when you click on the brand on the home page: https://postimg.cc/bDm5KVhs

    Thanks, I will try it.

Is it working with WPB, too? Or do I need Elementor?

    Hello,

You do not need Elementor, this can be done using WPbakery, just enable the WPB editor for static blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
