Enable WPBakery for static block https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder , go to Static blocks > create new > add the logo image https://prnt.sc/oKcLyfcqooNp with the desired settings, then go to Header builder > mobile header > add HTML element and select the static block.
