Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.
You can only try to use this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

.item-design-mega-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown .nav-sublist a {
    padding-top: 0.4em;
    padding-bottom: 0.4em;
}
