Menu structure items double-click to edit options doesn’t work

Hi,

For some reason, double-clicking a Custom Link box no longer opens the configuration pop-up. (the place where you define mega menu’s, visibility, etc). This is especially an issue for our Mobile Menu.
Can you please have a look and see why this is being blocked?

Note: we used to have Mobile Menu, and now v2. We created v2 because the first Mobile Menu could not be updated: we added and deleted items, saved the menu, only to find that reloading the menu (both front-end AND the editor page) showed the old settings, nu updated setting was saved. Maybe this is related to the current issue. Unfortunately, as we’ve deleted the old Mobile Menu, we cannot reproduce that part of the issue.

Hi Andrew,

I’m not sure what is going wrong.

In any case, navigating to the URL (private), entering the domain credentials (private), and then manually entering xstore’s new login credentials (private), it should work. I’ve just successfully tested your account.

Hello, Bas Kling,

We have reviewed your staging site and noticed that the Menu Advanced Options is disabled. This setting manages additional menu item options, including mega menus and visibility. Please enable it by navigating to XStore → Theme Options → General / Layout → Menu Advanced Options, publish the changes, and then reload Appearance → Menus.

We also tested saving the Mobile menu v2 by temporarily adding a CSS class to one menu item. The change was saved successfully and remained after reopening the editor. We then restored the original value. The saving issue did not occur during this test. Since the original Mobile Menu has been deleted, we cannot confirm what caused the earlier problem or whether it was related. If it happens again, please leave the affected menu in place and share the steps needed to reproduce it so we can investigate further.
