My dropdown menu is not opening when clicking on parent menu items.

    I have already tested:
    – No JavaScript errors in console
    – All plugins disabled one by one (no conflict)
    – Menu structure is correct (parent + child items)
    – XStore scripts are loading normally

The parent menu link shows “/#” but the dropdown does not open.

This appears to be a header builder or theme configuration issue.

    Can you please check:
    – My active header in Header Builder
    – Menu element settings (click vs hover)
    – Mega menu configuration
    – Sticky header z-index
    – Any CSS that may block pointer events
    – Any header template overrides

    Thank you.

    Hello @Doodles,

At the moment, your header design has been modified (https://prnt.sc/J_HknnbTSSNj), and we were therefore unable to locate the mobile menu widget in its content. Could you please recreate the issue so that we can assist you further?

Additionally, we have already implemented the solution provided in the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/mobile-menu-subcategories-not-opening-after-update-2/#post-468332

    Best regards,

I also want to mention that this issue occurred when I just updated the latest Xstore core.
