Import problems beauty cosmetic theme elementor

I imported the Beauty and Cosmetics demo (Elementor version) on my staging site. All required plugins are installed and active (PRO Elements, Elementor Pro, Contact Form 7, MC4WP). The import completed but the entire homepage rendered as a single plain Text Editor widget with no images, styling, or proper widget structure, instead of the actual demo layout. I’ve re-run the import twice with the same result. Can you help identify why the import isn’t building the correct widget structure?

This issue is quite common when there are existing plugins on your website that interfere with the origin import process. We kindly request that you disable all plugins except for Elementor, Pro Elements, XStore Core, and WooCommerce, and then attempt the import process again, utilizing the ‘Content Reset’ option during the import. If you still require our assistance, we kindly ask you to provide temporary access so that we can properly check and assist you.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
