Critical JS Error (ajaxurl is not defined) breaking XStore widgets in Elementor

Hi support team,

I am experiencing a critical issue on my website where an XStore widget (specifically, a materials/tabs layout) suddenly disappeared from the front-end and the Elementor editor on my main language page (Italian), while it is still visible on the English translated page.

When analyzing the console, I found the following JavaScript error caused by the theme’s app.js file:
Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: ajaxurl is not defined

This error completely breaks the rendering of the XStore widget inside Elementor, showing an empty space or a gray anchor instead of the actual content. I temporarily managed to restore the visibility by rolling back to an older page revision from May, but the JS error is still active under the hood, and I am afraid it will disappear again upon the next update.

Could you please check why ajaxurl is not being properly defined or localized within the theme’s app.js file when Elementor is active?

I can provide website credentials if needed.

Thanks for your cooperation; you have the login details… We find it a bit slow, though I’m not sure if that’s due to the WPML plugin—we’ve noticed it doesn’t communicate very well with XStore.

Thank you for providing access. We have fixed the issue with the script, but we kindly ask you to additionally clear the cache (server, website, and browser) as well as the CDN cache (if applicable)

Hello, anli75,

The main reason for this issue is a cache malfunction. We kindly ask you to clear the cache after each update, whether it concerns the theme or any plugins, as the automatic cache refresh does not always work correctly.
