Product Quick View – Clicking Does Nothing

I tried on different browsers and devices, nothing happens when clicking on it

Thank you for providing access. We have identified that the issue is caused by an error in the scripts, specifically in the plugin webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce-pro. Please find the details in the attached files.

Additionally, there are two JavaScript files that are not loading properly, which appears to be related to the minified files. Therefore, we recommend temporarily disabling the webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce-pro plugin and regenerating the cache files.

Hello, Safe Desires,

We have identified that the cause of this issue is third-party modifications made to the file themes/xstore/js/woocommerce-all-scripts.min.js

The functionality for the Product Quick View feature, along with possibly other elements, has been completely removed from this file. It differs significantly from our original version, with some functions deleted and new ones added.

We recommend that you create a backup of your website and restore the original theme file. Please note that making changes directly to the parent theme files is not advised, as such modifications are automatically removed when the theme is updated.

I deactivated CTX product feed and restored woocommerce-all-scripts.min.js, still no quick view. I have since reactivated CTX, FYI

We can still see that the file themes/xstore/js/woocommerce-all-scripts.min.jsdiffers from ours, and it is again missing the functions responsible for the Product Quick View feature. If you have made any changes to other files, please revert them. We cannot take responsibility for the proper functioning of the theme if its files have been modified.

I reinstalled the theme and I believe there has been an update since. Is there a direct download option for the file?

Yes, of course, we have added the link to the file in the private content. You can simply re-upload the file using the following path: themes/xstore/js/

Please do not forget to clear the cache after uploading the file.
