Elementor Editor Loading Issue and Plugin Conflict on Our Website

Hello XStore Support Team,

We are experiencing several issues on our website https://thetimberstory.com.

1. Elementor editor keeps loading continuously and sometimes enters Safe Mode.
2. Some pages are not loading properly inside Elementor.
3. We suspect there is a plugin conflict, but we are unable to identify which plugin is causing the issue.
4. The Contact Us page is showing “Contact form not found” even though Contact Form 7 is installed.
5. We also experienced issues with Single Post templates and blog pages.

We have already tried:
– Clearing cache
– Regenerating CSS and data
– Elementor Safe Mode
– Updating plugins
– Checking template conditions

Please help us identify the conflicting plugin or any issue related to the XStore theme and Elementor.

Hello Jack,

Thank you for your suggestion.

Previously, I had to enable Safe Mode in order to open the Elementor editor. After disabling the Atomic Builder feature, Safe Mode is no longer required and the Elementor page now opens successfully.

However, the issue still persists. The left panel keeps loading continuously, and the editor does not function properly on my side. Some widgets and elements do not load completely.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Also, I have updated the support account and provided Administrator access, so you should now have full access to investigate the issue.

Could you please check this further and help identify the cause?

We did not find any screenshot attached to your reply. We have checked on our side, and the editor is loading correctly (a screenshot is attached in the private content). Could you please try clearing your browser cache or checking in another browser?
