    Hello @Jatin,

Could you please check the editor in the backend? It is a common issue that the visual editor in WPBakery sometimes fails to load the assets correctly. If the issue persists, could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section, along with the URL of the page you are checking in the editor?

    Best regards,

    Hello @Jatin,

Thank you for providing us with temporary access to your dashboard. Could you please improve your server configuration as shown here: https://gyazo.com/18c72bb4f4a63eb9a5a9e2103c896b60, as it may cause issues with your editor?

We also noticed that you have installed a CDN on your website. Could you please temporarily disable it while you are still making changes to your website?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

We are using Cloudflare. I have purged the cache and enabled Development Mode. The WPBakery backend editor is still not showing the Add Element toolbar. Please check if there is any JS/CSS conflict or theme-related issue.

    Server configuration improved as said.

    Hello @Jatin,

Could you please contact your hosting provider to verify that there are no restrictions configured on your server, as some sources appear to be blocked in the editor: https://gyazo.com/e132e0a6bec2bca281a27fe23c78915b.

Additionally, to review the error logs, we will need temporary FTP access, or you may enable debugging on your side by following these instructions: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/.

    Hello,

We have purchased and used many premium themes in the past from different providers, such as Consultio, Rocland, and others. We have never faced this kind of installation or server-related issue before. All those themes were installed and worked smoothly on our servers.

Currently, we are using GoDaddy hosting, and we have successfully hosted many WordPress websites on the same server environment without any major problems.

Since the issue appears to be specific to your theme/design package, we request you to please investigate and resolve it from your end. If the problem cannot be resolved by your technical team, then kindly process a refund of our payment so that we can purchase and use a design from another provider.

We have already spent considerable time trying to make it work, but unfortunately the issue still remains unresolved.

We look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

    PFA FTP details as requested

    Thank you.

    Hello @Jatin,

We have reviewed your debug log and found that the issue is caused by PHP version 8.3, which is not supported by some of the plugins used on your website. These plugins generate PHP notices as a result.

Could you please set the PHP version on your website to a version lower than 8.2 and check if the issue persists? Alternatively, you may deactivate the “Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin, as it is not compatible with this PHP version.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

We have used Elementor-based themes and designs on 4-5 different projects in the past and have never faced any issues while editing pages or maintaining the website.

In this case, it appears that the XStore Core version provided with the theme is quite old, while our server is running a newer PHP version. Because of this compatibility issue, WPBakery is not functioning properly and page editing is becoming difficult. We are also concerned that if we need to install any additional eCommerce plugins in the future, similar compatibility problems may arise again.

Working on outdated versions is not a practical long-term solution, especially for an eCommerce website that requires regular updates, security patches, and new plugin integrations.

Since the theme is not meeting our requirements and we are facing continuous editing and compatibility issues, we kindly request a full refund of the amount paid. We will look for an Elementor-based design for our project going forward, as that has worked reliably for us in the past.

Thank you very much for your time and support. We appreciate your efforts and would be grateful if you could process the refund.

    Kind regards

    Hello @Jatin,

You have installed the WPBakery-based demo, which includes additional widgets in pages content from the Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin. We have identified that the notices generated by this plugin cause issues with PHP versions higher than 8.2. Please note that this plugin was not developed by our team or company. It is an essential component bundled as a premium inclusion in some of our WPBakery demos. Therefore, compatibility with the latest PHP versions and the plugin’s code is not managed or predefined by our company, as it originates from an external source.

If you prefer to use Elementor-based content, you can import any the XStore demos built with Elementor (https://xstore.8theme.com/). More details about the import process can be found in our documentation:
    Setup Wizard: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-setup-wizard/
Demo Import in XStore Control Panel: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

You can either install another demo content that is built on Elementor builder or downgrade the php version on your current setup to ensure the compatibility with current configurations.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
