Site is hitting daily limits since the update

    It appears that you have updated the theme or a third-party plugin, which is currently causing the site cache to rebuild. The load should decrease within a few hours after the update, once the plugins or theme complete the necessary caching processes.

    it was actually bots attacking it i guess
