Hello @ziga32,

Please provide us with the correct URL for your website with temporary wp-admin access, as there are currently multiple websites configured. Also, kindly check whether the option to search by SKU is enabled in your Header Builder under the Search settings.

Thank you. The access is now working. We have noticed that you are currently using theme version 9.7.3, while the latest version is 9.7.4, which includes fixes for the search functionality. Could you please update the theme and plugin to the latest version, or grant us permission to do it for you?
