    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end. Also, let us know what phone model and browser you are using.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

The issue is happening on iPhone (iOS), and not only on my phone—I tested it on several other phones as well, and the problem is the same everywhere.

When entering the site, the initial load is fast, but after browsing for a while and switching between products, there is a sudden 3–4 second lag/freezing.

I contacted the hosting provider, but they couldn’t resolve the issue and mentioned it might be related to the theme.

In the meantime, I created a staging site on the hosting to run tests, and the staging site works properly without this issue. I also removed WP Rocket and cleared all cache plugins, but the problem still persists on the live site.

It doesn’t matter whether I use normal browsing or incognito mode on the phone—the issue is always there. If you test it on a mobile device, you should be able to see it as well.

Also, there is a warning in the theme, but I’m not sure if it’s related to this issue. I’m attaching a screenshot of it.

Could you please take a look and help identify the cause?

    Hello @mahmut,

Thank you for providing the video example of the issue. Since your developer is currently working on resolving such issues, we are not making any changes at this time. As your developer is in the process of fixing them, could he also update the outdated files that were modified in your child theme?

You can find detailed instructions on this in the XStore Control Panel under the System Status page. It is possible that the issues you are experiencing are related to modifications in the child theme, such as loading additional scripts or other files that may affect page loading.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
