URGENT: XStore mobile widgets stuck on lazy-load / slow asset loading across site

Hi 8Theme Team,

We have a critical issue on mobile devices that needs urgent attention.

The Issue:
On mobile, widgets across the site are stuck in a continuous lazy-loading state (spinning loader icons that never resolve, or take an unusually long time to load assets). This is not limited to the homepage — we’re seeing the same behavior on:
– Homepage widgets/sections
– Filter widgets on the Single Product and Shop/Archive pages
– Other widget areas across the site

What we’ve already ruled out:
We use a caching plugin and have already disabled/removed lazy loading at the caching plugin level. The issue persists, which strongly suggests the lazy loading behavior is being triggered by an XStore theme setting rather than the cache plugin.

What we need:
1. Please point us to the specific XStore theme setting(s) controlling lazy loading of widgets on mobile, so we can disable or adjust it.
2. If this is a known bug rather than a setting, please advise on a fix or workaround.
3. Given this is affecting core site functionality and load times on mobile (our largest traffic segment), we’d appreciate urgent/priority attention.

To ensure a smooth user experience and prevent potential style loading issues, we have implemented a loader that remains visible until the page is fully loaded. However, if you prefer to disable this loader, we have provided a custom CSS snippet that you can apply in your theme settings.

We added the custom CSS solution in your Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

body .elementor-widget:not(.etheme-loading), body .elementor-widget:not(.etheme-reloading) { --etheme-element-loader-display: none; --etheme-element-loading-opacity: 1; --etheme-element-loading-visibility: visible; }

Please clear your cache and check if the issue is resolved.
