The drop-down second and third level menu items are not displayed in the mobile phone menu.

Nested dropdown submenu items are configured; for example: parent menu = “Clothing”, submenu = “Women Pants”, third-level submenu = “Short Pants”.

The dropdown submenu cannot be displayed through Element’s mobile menu; clicking the “dropdown” icon on the left has no effect. Only the parent menu can be clicked.

Please tell me how to solve this problem; the pull-down menu works fine on PC, but not on mobile.

Thank You! I have installed the patch, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved! I still cannot expand the dropdown submenu items.

Hello @Mike,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Also, the issue may be related to cache on your web-site (if you have any cache plugins installed).
