Shop Page Pagination Not Working on Mobile Devices

    Hi Support Team,

    I would like to report an issue specifically occurring on mobile devices regarding the shop page pagination on my website using the XStore theme.

    On mobile view:

    * Page 1 of the shop loads normally and displays products correctly
    * However, when navigating to the next pages (page 2, page 3, etc.), the products fail to load properly
    * Sometimes the page appears empty, or the pagination does not respond when clicked

    This issue only occurs on mobile devices. On desktop, the shop page and pagination work as expected.

    Details:

    * Theme: XStore
    * Page Builder: Elementor
    * Plugins: WooCommerce, WP Rocket
    * Issue: Pagination not working properly on mobile after page 1

    Could you please help advise:

    1. Whether this issue is related to mobile-specific AJAX settings or theme configuration?
    2. If there are known conflicts with caching or JavaScript optimization affecting mobile pagination?
    3. Any recommended settings or exclusions to fix this issue on mobile?

    I have already tried clearing cache and checking basic configurations, but the issue still persists.

    Hi, please check on mobile device.

    The web version running good as your vidio. but the mobile device seems to not working at all.

    Can you double check? on that?

    Unfortunately, the website is not accessible from mobile or responsive browsers and displays a 403 error. We kindly ask you to resolve this issue by contacting your hosting provider, as this error is related to the server configuration.     If you are able to reproduce this issue, we kindly request that you first disable all third-party plugins except for the required ones and check again.

    We have checked the issue on a mobile device, and everything appears to be working correctly. A video of our test has been attached in the private area. As previously mentioned, this issue seems to be related to your hosting configuration.

    Have you contacted your hosting provider regarding this matter? If so, could you please share their feedback with us? Additionally, have you tested the issue with only the required plugins enabled, as we suggested earlier? Please let us know the results.

    Hi thanks just resolved the loading problem.

    But can you check that there is still blurry images on website and there are several function elementor in homepage not active. Can you give me recommendation on the setting (Speed optimization) so the function (image) can run smoothly.
