Hi,
I am writing to you regarding two issues with my store using the XStore theme:
Product Tabs layout on mobile devices:
Currently, our product tabs (different plugin)are displayed horizontally, which is causing UX issues on mobile devices – customers often do not realize that they need to scroll horizontally to see the remaining tabs. Is it possible to change the layout so that the tabs are displayed vertically (as an accordion) on mobile screens? We would like the tabs to be collapsed and easily accessible for mobile users, rather than hidden in a side-scrolling list.
Restoring WooCommerce product reviews:
Some time ago, we disabled product reviews in our store settings. We would now like to reactivate them and restore all the previously collected reviews so that they appear on the product pages again. Could you please guide me on how to properly re-enable them and ensure that the existing reviews are correctly displayed?
I have attached screenshots to illustrate the issues. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello @Pites,

You may try adding the following custom CSS in “Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS”:

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .single-product .woocommerce-tabs.horizontal .wc-tabs { flex-direction: column; justify-content: flex-start; } }

Regarding your request about product reviews, you can enable the corresponding setting (as we see such settings are already enabled on your web-site https://gyazo.com/7de43b3a2945f528d086847f0ce717a9) so that all reviews associated with products will be displayed there. If you are using a custom plugin for reviews, please also check the plugin settings.

Hi,
Thank you, CSS ok works.
But product reviews not. I did it but they do not show at the button of the product page. They are there because we have it about two years ago anabled but because of BOTs we turn it off somehow in xstore and now we cannot turn it on. You can check as an example on this page in wordpress there are product review but they do not show.

Please check now. We have activated the Reviews feature in your Single Product Builder (Customizer): https://gyazo.com/429aada9e6d89371a35c3b024a5d15cf. Additionally, there is a setting in the product backend to enable reviews (https://gyazo.com/eadea252d82beb7cec5e4f0f74c2bd9d), which we have now enabled for your specified product.
