Demo Import Issue – Layout Broken & Missing Content (Minimal Fashion 02 Elementor)

    Hello,

    I have recently purchased and installed the XStore theme on my website:

    I am trying to import the **“Minimal Fashion 02 – Elementor”** demo, but after the import, the website does not display correctly.

    ### Issues I am experiencing:

    * The layout appears broken (menus overlapping and not styled properly)
    * Demo images and content are missing or not imported correctly
    * Some sections appear empty
    * Overall design does not match the demo preview

    What I have already done:

    * Installed all required plugins (Elementor, WooCommerce, XStore Core, etc.)
    * Used the Demo Importer inside XStore
    * Selected the correct **Elementor version** of the demo
    * Waited for the import to complete without interruption

    Despite this, the result is still not correct.

    My expectations:

    I would like the demo to be imported exactly as shown in the preview, including:

    * Proper layout and styling
    * Images and demo content
    * Fully functional menu and homepage structure

    Could you please assist me in fixing this issue?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Demo Import Issue Still Not Fully Resolved – Access Details Included

    Hello,

    I am still experiencing issues with the demo import on my website:

    Although the demo has been imported, the layout and structure are still not fully correct. Some sections appear inconsistent and the overall design does not match the original demo.

    What I have done so far:

    * Installed all required plugins (Elementor, WooCommerce, XStore Core)
    * Imported the correct demo (**Minimal Fashion 02 – Elementor**)
    * Cleared Elementor cache (**Clear Files & Data**)
    * Reset permalinks
    * Cleared browser and site cache
    * Re-imported the demo multiple times

    Current issue:

    * Some layout elements still appear broken or inconsistent
    * Certain sections do not align with the demo design
    * It looks like there might be remaining conflicts or incomplete styling

    I would appreciate it if you could review the installation and ensure the demo is set up exactly as intended.

    Hello,

    I have disabled all maintenance/coming soon modes on both Elementor and XStore.
    I have also cleared the cache.

    The website should now be fully accessible to everyone.
    If you are still experiencing access issues, it might be related to server-side restrictions or cache/CDN settings.

    Could you please check again?

    Hello ilayozbalci,

    Please provide us with FTP access. It appears that the import is not functioning because a specific port on the server is blocked. We are receiving the following message: “Uncaught (in promise) The message port closed before a response was received.” Due to the lack of response from that port, additional issues are also occurring.

    Kindly grant us FTP access and contact your hosting provider regarding the port issue.

    Also during the import process, the following error occurred:

    The import step failed after several retries.

    Hello,

    Our hosting provider has increased the server limits as requested (memory limit, execution time, etc.).

    However, the demo import still did not complete successfully and the homepage is still missing.

    It seems the issue persists despite the server adjustments.

    Could you please check again and assist with completing the demo import properly?

    Hello, ilayozbalci,

    Unfortunately, this demo version requires significantly higher memory limit and execution time values, as it contains more than 80 pages and 700 media files. Please increase the memory limit and execution time to the maximum possible values.
