    Hello,

I’m having an issue with a section on my website that I haven’t been able to resolve.

The section has a background image assigned in Elementor. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the background image appears correctly inside the Elementor editor and all the section settings seem to be correct.

However, on the live website, the background image does not load at all. Only the text and button are displayed, leaving a large blank white area where the image should be.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps from both Elementor and XStore, including regenerating Elementor CSS/files, clearing the cache, checking the background image settings, and testing different Elementor CSS loading methods, but unfortunately the issue still persists.

What is strange is that the section looks completely normal inside Elementor, but the same background image disappears on the frontend.

Could you please check what might be causing this issue and help me restore the section so it displays exactly as it does in the Elementor editor?

I have attached screenshots showing both the Elementor editor view and the live website for comparison.

    Thank you.

    Hello @Rokka Moda,

Please check now. We have disabled the “Static Block Cache” setting in your Theme Options under Speed Optimization.
