    Hello,

I am experiencing a serious performance issue with my website using the XStore theme.

Even though I am using LiteSpeed Cache and getting good performance scores in tests, the actual website speed is extremely slow in real usage.

Here is what I have already done:

    * Updated XStore theme, Core plugin, WordPress, and WooCommerce to the latest versions
    * Cleared all cache (LiteSpeed and CDN if applicable)
    * Disabled third-party plugins and tested with minimal setup
    * Checked performance via LiteSpeed (results look good)

However, the frontend is still very slow:

    * Pages take too long to load
    * Product pages are especially slow
    * Navigation between pages feels laggy

This is negatively affecting user experience and sales.

I would like your help with the following:

    * Are there any known performance issues with XStore?
    * Are there recommended performance settings specifically for this theme?
    * Could there be heavy scripts or CSS/JS issues causing this?
    * Is there any conflict with LiteSpeed Cache?

If needed, I can provide temporary admin and FTP access for further investigation.

I can also share a screen recording showing the real performance issue.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards.

    Hello @Gökdeniz ATEŞ,

Based on the configuration of your website, we have identified that some of your server requirements are not set to the recommended values: https://prnt.sc/kzp3PAl4ebA-. We kindly suggest that you contact your hosting provider to adjust these values and optimize your server configuration, as the response time (page loading speed) is primarily related to your server settings rather than the theme used on your website.
    XStore server requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

The overall speed of your website depends on several factors. Please consider the following key aspects:

    – Plugins: Having too many active plugins can slow down your website. We recommend keeping only the essential plugins required for your site’s functionality and deactivating any that are not in use. Based on our review of your installed plugins, we found a few that may negatively affect loading speed, as also mentioned in the official support forum of the plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/pixelyoursite/reviews/?filter=1

    – Caching: Caching is one of the most important elements of website optimization. Combine cached pages with GZIP compression for better performance. We recommend using the W3 Total Cache plugin and following a beginner’s setup guide. Another excellent option is the WP Rocket plugin, which is a paid solution.

    – Images: Always use optimized images to prevent large file sizes and slow loading times. Avoid uploading images larger than necessary. When using image editing tools such as Photoshop, please use the “Save for Web” option.
You can compress images using online services or WordPress plugins such as tinypng.com, Compressor.io, Kraken.io, EWWW Image Optimizer, or the Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin.

    – Elementor Plugin: As you using the Elementor plugin to build your website content, consider disabling unused elements (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/) to improve loading speed and reduce unnecessary load.

    – Server/Hosting: In some cases, slow performance may be caused by your hosting service. If you have reviewed all the points above and your site remains slow, the issue is likely related to your server or hosting provider. Please contact your hosting provider to discuss possible solutions, as even a default WordPress theme can experience slow speeds due to hosting limitations.

We also noticed a 500 error occurring when loading some pages on both the frontend and backend of your website. This issue is directly related to your hosting configuration. Please refer to this article for more information: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/. You will need to contact your hosting provider to resolve this problem.

You can find additional information about our speed optimization options and the Elementor plugin documentation on our website (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/the-ultimate-2025-guide-to-boosting-wordpress-speed-with-xstore-theme/).

If you require professional assistance with site optimization, please contact our customization team, as this service is beyond the scope of our standard support.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

However, I would like to clearly state that I have carefully followed and implemented all of your recommendations. This includes server configuration adjustments, caching optimization, plugin reduction, image optimization, and Elementor settings.

Unfortunately, instead of improving, my website’s performance has actually become worse.

At this point, this is no longer just a technical issue for me. I am actively working on this project, and due to these ongoing performance problems, I am under significant pressure. Despite all my efforts, not being able to achieve any improvement is seriously affecting both my work and my morale.

To be completely honest, I have reached a point where I cannot resolve this issue on my own.

Therefore, I kindly ask for your deeper assistance:

Could you perform a more detailed and thorough investigation on my website?
Could you check if there are any hidden performance issues related to the theme itself?
If necessary, I can provide temporary admin and FTP access for direct analysis.

My intention is not to shift responsibility, but I genuinely need your professional support at this stage.

I would really appreciate your help in identifying and resolving this issue together.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards,
