Issue With Product Page Customization in XStore Theme

Hello XStore Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am facing a couple of issues while editing my product pages, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving them as soon as possible.

Container Section Not Editable-
There is a container on the product page that is not editable from the product editor. Could you please guide me on where I can go to modify this section? I would like to customize it differently for each product.

Same Content Showing on All Product Pages-
I have added content such as Description, Ingredients, and How to Consume, but currently, the same content is appearing on all product pages.

I would like to know:

How can I set different content for each product page?
Is there a specific setting, template, or dynamic option I should use to make this content unique per product?

Please guide me step-by-step so I can fix this issue quickly with Elementor.

Hello 8Theme Team,

Thank you for your response.

However, the link you shared in the Private Content area is not working properly. When we try to open it, the page does not load correctly and appears in an incorrect language or broken format. (Pls Share In English)

Also, the video is not visible at all.

Could you please check the issue and resend the correct working link or ensure the video is properly added in the Private Content section?

We would appreciate your help in fixing this as soon as possible.

We checked the link provided in the Private Content area, but it shows the message: “The current link does not exist.”

Hello XStore Support Team,

Thank you for your previous response and for sharing the video regarding the container section. I was able to understand and resolve that part.

However, I am still facing an issue with the product page content, and I did not receive clarification on this in your last response.

The sections such as Description, Ingredients, and How to Consume are currently showing the same content across all product pages. Additionally, these sections do not appear to be directly editable from the individual product editor.

Even if I try editing them through another method, the changes are reflected on all product pages instead of just one. I would like to set different content for each product, but I am unable to find the correct way to do this.

I am attaching screenshots of two different product pages where you can clearly see that:

The same content is displayed on both pages
These sections are not individually editable per product

Could you please guide me on the correct method to:

Make these sections editable for each product individually
Ensure that content like Description, Ingredients, and How to Consume is unique for every product

It would be really helpful if you could explain this step-by-step, specifically for Elementor and XStore settings.

Looking forward to your proper guidance on this issue.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The tabs shown in your screenshot display the same content for different products because they were added for demonstration purposes. To have different content there, you will need to replace them with your own custom tabs.
Please clear cache and check the results now. We’ve added a video to the Private content area.

Thank you for your support.

I checked the video you shared (https://gyazo.com/276975c230b501a792d303cabdaf4941), and I can see the option to add custom tabs there. This is exactly what I want.

I need the same tab structure as shown — specifically:

Description
Ingredients
How to Consume

However, my requirement is that I should be able to enter and manage the content for these tabs individually for each product.

Right now, when I try to edit them, the same content is getting applied to all products, which is not what I want.

I want these tabs to be created in such a way that:

The tab layout remains the same for all products
But the content inside each tab can be different for every product, editable from the product page itself

Could you please:

Fix this issue, or
Set this up correctly for one product so I can replicate it for others?

Please help me configure this properly.

Hi,

In our previous answer there was a link to a file sharing site where a longer video was uploaded https://file.kiwi/6bbc7f9a#_Vq-mwQzWkVXqVysyYrCTw where we clearly showed you that now the tabs contain the same content only because custom tabs with the same content were selected. If the changes are made according to the video we sent you, then you can have different content in the tabs. By default, the number of tabs is exactly as we have previously informed you. We would like to emphasize once again that there is no issue, and everything is functioning according to the predefined behavior.
