    Hi XStore Support Team,

I logged into my site after some time to continue development and noticed an XCore update available. I went ahead and updated it, but since then I’ve been receiving a WordPress “fatal error” email.

After troubleshooting, I’ve narrowed it down to Elements Pro, which no longer activates. I also noticed a second instance of XStore listed in the plugins, which is currently deactivated.

I’m not sure what the implications of the update were or how to proceed from here, and I’m a bit stuck as I want to continue working on the site.

I’d really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Thank you,
    Kanwal

There is an additional error that is now appearing on the dashboard which did not come before. Screenshot has been attached.

    Dear, K.Sid,

Sorry to hear your website is having the issues.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello,

    Everything should be fine now.

We have removed the incorrect ET Core plugin for you:

Thanks Samir, I have had a look and seems to functioning fine as of now, thankfully. However, this leaves me with 2 pending issues:

    1) The Plugin shows “update available”, should i update it? Is it safe to do so or not? Or do i risk things breaking again?
    2) The Error on the main Dashboard of WordPress as mentioned earlier still shows.

    “System requirements
    Max execution time: Requirement – 120 — System – 120(min)”

Could you please rectify this? I look forward to hearing from you. I do have a full night of work to do on the website and hence in a rush. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Hello @K.Sid,

We have updated the PRO Elements plugin on your website, and you can now check its functionality. Regarding the system requirements notice, you can increase these values on your server by contacting your hosting provider, as this configuration is managed directly on your server or just keep it as current. Please, note that we display notices in specific area of your dashboard if there are any limits or low values of some configurations.
