Hello,
I am using the latest version of the XStore theme and WooCommerce on my site.
I have assigned a 1920 × 600 px custom page heading image to a product category (WooCommerce → Categories → “Custom page heading image for this category”).
The image is correctly saved and also visible in the HTML source as background-image.
However, on the frontend only a very thin strip of the image is visible (just a few pixels in height), instead of the full banner height.
Important notes:
There is NO “Page Heading Height” setting available in my Theme Options.
Breadcrumbs settings do NOT contain any height control either.
This is happening specifically on product category archive pages.
I do NOT want to use custom CSS – this must be fixable via theme settings or proper theme configuration.
Based on inspection, the page heading container exists, the background is applied, but the height is not rendered correctly.
Please advise:
Where exactly is the correct setting to control category page heading height?
Is this a known bug in the current XStore version?
Is there a required option in Shop / WooCommerce layout that enables full-height category headers?
This issue currently prevents proper use of category header images. Please see the attached picture how looks the picture 1920 x 600. From the 600 px I see about 30 only.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Indrek Varik
