Single product site: Widgets / Templates

I want to customize the bottom section of the single-product page. It concerns the area referred to as “product content”. I have no access to this content; when I click “edit”, nothing happens. However, I can’t view or edit the Content of this widget, nor are any templates or static blocks displayed. How can I access and change this content?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I’ve already done that, but I don’t want to write the same text for every single product. That’s why I’m trying to change the content via X-store Builder -> Single Product -> edit. I think the text is a widget (or isn’t it?) and I want to change it. Or rather, I want to create one or more widgets that can be inserted into the products description. sorry for my complicated wording..

Hello,

Thank you for your message. By default, the product description is edited individually for each product, so it can be unique.

If you would like to have the same text for all products, you can save the desired description as a template and import it for each product, or replace the product description with any content created in Elementor through the Single Product Builder.

Hm. Thanks for fast answering. In the guide is a notice that i need the plugin Pro Elements and that it is Free. But i found only a plugin PRO elements which is not free. Could this be the problem? That I don’t have a premium version? Thank you for your patience.
